Do note that we have limited quantities of each design and availability is based strictly on a first come first serve basis. All email responses will be made within 24 hours. Kindly wait for our confirmation email before making payment. If you do not receive an email from us, it means the item is pending/sold.

• Payment must be made within 24hrs of receiving our email to secure your purchases.
• We will only accept the following Internet Banking & ATM transfer as modes of payment.

• For ATM transfer, a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt must be provided for verification purposes.
• Items will be mailed after payment is made & verified.
• Registered postage is strongly recommended as JolieRobe will not be responsible for any lost mails. 
• Normal Mail: S$1.50 for the first item & S$0.50 for each subsequent item. 
• Registered Mail: Additional S$2.24 on top of the normal mail postage charges.
